Hey, we get it. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. Here at Gunpowder & Pearls, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new gear. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help make it right.
We are a small but mighty team, and we handle every single piece with care. To keep our boutique running smoothly, we offer returns for Store Credit Only.
Our Rules of the Road

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original, brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of any scents like perfume or smoke. Think of it this way: if you wouldn't be thrilled to receive it, we can't accept it back.
The Final Sale Rack (Non-Returnable Items)
Some items are just too personal to take back. The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit:

How to Kick Off a Return

Give Us a Holler: Before you send anything back, shoot us an email at howdy@gunpowderandpearls.com Please include your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you want to return.

Pack It Up: Once we approve the return, we'll give you the green light. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, so pack it up securely. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages on their way back to us, so we recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Get Your Credit: Once your return arrives back at G&P headquarters and passes inspection, we will process it and issue your store credit in the form of a digital gift card, sent directly to your email.
